I am a crazy person.

I am a crazy person.
I obsess over every single item I come across at a client's organizing project.

I sort and categorize every item—from a pair of pants to a tube of lip gloss. Then I review every item we've unearthed with the client who hired me.

Keep.
Trash.
Donate.
Relocate.

I’ll lay awake at night thinking through possible Tetris combinations for where to put a category.

Should it go in this drawer or that cabinet?
Is that how my client functions in the space?
Will they love it or hate it?
If I put this item there, can they maintain that?

I ask my clients questions—probably too many—about how they move through a space. Questions they’ve never thought about before.

That’s what I think about. A lot.

I’ll wake up before everyone in my house sometimes (except when Grandma has the baby… then I get to sleep in) reviewing project photos.

How can I do better?

I used to make beautiful Canva presentations of ideas—they were stunning. But they weren’t detailed enough. So I switched to an Excel spreadsheet where I list every single drawer and cabinet with measurements, if needed.

What goes in that drawer?
What product could help the functionality and maintenance?

Crazy about every single detail.

This makes me a bit slower than other organizers, but I can promise you this:

At the end of a project, every single item has been curated, purposefully chosen, and thoughtfully placed.

I think this is what has made my business successful and keeps clients coming back for more.

They like my kind of crazy.

It’s the kind of crazy that helps streamline their lives—if they’re ready for it.

I also obsess in my mind about how to help more people and get the online side of my business to work—meaning, to make money. I truly want to help as many women as possible, scale my business, and spend as much time at home as possible...

…because I equally obsess over how to be the best mom to my little gentleman.

In this new world of AI, it's not enough to sell a course with information and how-to because, well… you can ask ChatGPT. Lol.

My online offering needs something more.

A way for you to work with me somehow.
A way for me to support you and hold you accountable on a deeper level than this sometimes-weekly 😉 email.

If I could wave a magic wand and we could work together online in a group with other women, I’d love to know:

  • What is ONE area of your home that needs to be fixed yesterday? And be honest… what about that situation bothers you the most?
  • What would finally getting organized change for you emotionally? Would it mean more peace? More time with your kids? Feeling proud of your home instead of embarrassed?
  • If we worked together in a small group to get organized, what kind of support and features would help you follow through?
  • And, if you could picture the best possible outcome of getting organized… what would your life look like?

Hit reply and spill the tea. ALL OF IT.

Seriously.

I want to know what you're dreaming about—even the messy, honest, or slightly crazy ideas.

Because I'm crazy and chances are, another woman reading this email is dreaming about the exact same thing.

Last week I spent a lot of time deep in the weeds with our taxes.

I get so into the details that my husband and accountant are like, “Okay… chill out.” 😂

Did you make any forward movement on your taxes?
Did you hit any snags?

Now I’m obsessing over the details of my son’s baby book. My goal is to finish it this month.

This is a beautiful moment in the year where there’s a slight lull—a little gap between the organizing rush, holidays and birthdays—where I can tackle a project that might not be the highest priority, but still matters a lot.

So let me ask you:

What project can you tackle with me this week that is important to you, but probably isn’t the highest priority?

Let’s do those together this week.

Remember the steps:

G = Gather
R = Release
A = Acquire
C = Cultivate
E = Enjoy

And then…

Brace yourself.

Because I think we need to tackle our kitchens next. I don't know about you, but mine is starting to get out of control with all the new baby, now toddler supplies!

Release and Renew. A couple of Saturdays ago, I hosted a webinar unexpectedly with my baby in a hotel room with an incredibly full heart. Why? Because some of my dear friends and I had a conversation about the surprising mental and emotional benefits of decluttering — and I wish you could have been there. Because something happened that I didn’t fully expect. Not a big organizing tip.Not a color-coded system.Not the perfect bin recommendation. Instead… We started talking about why it’s so...

I didn't expect this to be so hard. Sometimes letting go isn’t about clutter—it’s about identity. Hi beautiful friend, This week, I froze in my office. Not because I didn’t know what to do…but because I knew exactly what I should do—and didn’t want to. Dylan was napping. The house was quiet. And I was standing there in my office, staring at my theatre books. 🎭 My beloved Tennessee Williams.Chekhov.Shakespeare. Books that carried me through my years as an actor. Books that gave me confidence,...
